Order Process

General Rule: If your order is placed by 11:59a.m. PST your order will begin processing the same day. If your order is placed at 12:00p.m. PST or later your order turnaround time begins the following day. This does not include shipping time. We ship all items from Los Angeles, California and our standard shipping takes 2-6 days unless 2Day or Overnight Shipping are selected for SHIPPING METHOD.
Stationery items including flat note cards, folded note cards, Fabriano stationery and gift stickers and address labels: Most custom stationery items will ship within 5-7 business days. This does not include shipping time.
Layered Invitations and seals: Items that fall into this category can take up to 2-3 weeks to complete. Please contact us this does not meet your time frame and we may be able to rush your order. Rush fees may apply.
Exceptions: If you order a digital proof, photo cards and/or holiday cards.
Digital Proof: If you request a free digital proof your turnaround time will only begin once this proof has been approved by you.
Photo Cards: For all photo card orders the turnaround time begins once the photo has been emailed to photo@bumpercards.com, and a digital proof has been approved. Also if your photos have been taken by a professional photographer, a consent form allowing you to duplicate these photos must be sent to us. Only at that time with the turnaround time begin. Digital proofs are required for all photo cards.
Holiday Cards -Due to the influx of orders during the holiday time, to guarantee your orders by Dec. 15th please place all orders by Nov. 15th. We will accept holiday orders until Dec. 15th with the hope of having them filled by Dec. 25th, however they will not be guaranteed.

PROOFS:

We are happy to offer free digital proof for all of our products. Please keep in mind this will lengthen the turnaround time, but will help guarantee accuracy and satisfaction.
If you would like to receive an actual copy (hard proof) there is a $15.00 charge + shipping.
Digital proofs are required with photo cards, wedding invitations and bar/bat mitzvahs invitations.

Due to the nature of computers, monitors and resolutions, the colors you see on your screen may not match exactly to what you receive. Every monitor displays color differently. If you need something to be an exact color please contact us to order a hard copy proof ($15.00).

Bumpercards has a great selection of fonts to choose from, but we know sometimes you may be looking for something specific. If the font you are looking for is something we own, we will be happy to use it when customizing your order. Please contact us will your font request.

If you would like Bumpercards to work with you to create a custom design please CONTACT US.
If you see a design that is perfect for you, but would like it in a different color combination in most cases this is possible. Please CONTACT US.

PHOTO SUBMISSION:

Submitting Photos:You have a choice to upload your photo when placing your order, sending an email with your photo(s) or sending them snail mail.

Upload:When placing your order there is an option to upload your photo. Please click the "browse" button and select your photo(s). When adding your items to your cart, please be patient as it is adding the photo(s).
Email: If you are emailing your photo(s) please put "photos and your name/order # in the subject line. Please reply to this mail and attach your photo(s).
Snail Mail: Please CONTACT US for a mailing address.

Photo Guidelines:

We recommend submitting photos that are 300dpi for best quality printing.

Also please do not crop or color correct your photos. We will take care of that for you.

If you would like your color photos turned into black and white, sepia or another monotone color please specify this in the “special instructions” section when placing your order or in the email the photos are sent with.

Disclaimer: If your photographs are taken by a professional, we do need a release from your photographer to duplicate these images. If you have purchased the CD of images from your photographer it is normally accepted that you have purchased the rights to these images. However, we still need a written approval from your photographer. If there is ever a conflict, Bumpercards will not be held liable and you release Bumpercards of any potential wrong doing. RETURN POLICY:

Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be satisfied with every item purchased from Bumpercards.com.
Non-custom: We accept returns on all non-personalized products up to 30 days from delivery date.
If you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason, please CONTACT US and we will give you the address and a return number for your order or partial order. The item must be in its original packaging, in its original box and have the packing slip included for proper credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping on returned items, except when defective or incorrect items are sent. We recommend you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt on hand until credit is issued. Refunds will be issued upon return of the product in good condition and should appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 14 days.
Personalized/Custom: Printed or personalized stationery, invitations, announcements can not be returned for refund except for production errors. We encourage you to check your online submission thoroughly and/or request a digital proof before submitting your personalized order. Remember to proofread all of your text, making sure everything is correct, such as spelling, time, date, and place. Bumpercards is NOT responsible for these types of errors. If an order were to contain an error or misprint caused by our staff, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you.
Clearance, Sale and Specials: These sales are final and cannot be refunded.
Adjustments for returned items must be made to the credit card that was used to make the purchase; we cannot make an adjustment to another credit card.

SHIPPING:

Domestic: All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California. Depending where you are shipping to it will take 2-6 days unless faster transit times are requested.
Shipment Method: The following methods are used for our shipping: USPS Priority, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2Day and FedEx Overnight.
Pricing: At your time of check out your shipping price will be calculated taking into consideration your location, shipment method selection and price/weight of items in your cart.
International: Please note that we cannot accommodate on-line orders shipping outside the continental US (except Canada) at this time.
