How long before my item ships?
Non-personalized orders will ship within 5-7 business days. Personalized and Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks depending on complexity. Please see our order process page for more information.

How long do I have to report errors in my order?
Any order errors must be reported within 5 days. After that period, all corrections will be at customer expense.

How do I submit photos for photo cards?
You can upload them with your order, email them or photos can be sent via U.S. Postal Mail or scanned (in JPEG or TIFF format) and emailed to us. If sending my U.S. mail please contact us for mailing instructions. Please refer to the photo submission guidelines on the order process page for more information.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Bumpercards can only ship orders to the United States and Canada. We will be introducing international shipping in the near future.

In what stores can I find Bumpercards?
Bumpercards can be found in the stores listed in our retail location section.

I own a stationery store. How can I carry your products?
You can purchase our Custom Stationery Albums which are located in our wholesale section.

Do any of your items require extra postage?
Square envelopes are charged an extra $.12 by the U.S. Post Office. In addition, some heavier stationery items (such as Wedding Invitations) may also require additional postage, please check with your postal service before mailing.

Can I have a custom design created specifically for my occasion?
Under most circumstances, yes. Please contact us for more information.

Can I submit text copy for consideration in your products?
At this time, we are not accepting external copy submissions.

What type of printing process do you use?
All of our items are flat printed.

Do you provide Samples?
We use a digital proofing process for Personalized items in which the customer receives a digital version of the design via e-mail. If you would like to receive an actual card sample of any of our designs, we charge a $15 fee + postage. Please contact us for more information.

Can I choose custom colors or fonts for my order?
Bumpercards will work with you to provide any color or font combinations you would like in your designs. However, additional fees may apply. Please contact us for more information.
